The Italian Institute of Strategic Studies is a non-profit organization in which is possible to participate either giving financial or service supplies contributions. The different categories of participants can elect their representatives in the Board of Directors.

The By-Law gives the opportunity to Public institutions and Private organizations to cooperate and be represented in the governing bodies of the institute and aims to create a sort of “cultural shareholding” within the civil society interested in active participation to the life of our scientific and cultural community.

Whereas our Institute is a non-profit organization, it can be supported by institutions, public and private industries as well as private investors, nevertheless the exclusive pursue of cultural and socio-economic development still remains the managerial and strategic core of our activities.

Governance, stability and efficiency are granted by our Statute.
