Jason Healey

Jason Healey is the director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative of the Atlantic Council, focusing on international cooperation, competition and conflict in cyberspace. He edited the first-ever history of cyber conflict, A Fierce Domain: Cyber Conflict, 1986 to 2012 and co-authored the book Cyber Security Policy Guidebook by Wiley.

Virgilio Ilari

Virgilio IlariBorn in Rome in 1948, former professor of Roman law and later history of military institutions in the Catholic University of Milan, is President of the Italian Society of Military History. It’ He worked for the Historical Office of EMS, Defence Studies and Research Institute (ISTRID), dell'Istituito International Affairs (IAI) and the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI), director of research at the Military Centre for Strategic Studies (CeMiSS) and consultant to the parliamentary commission on terrorism and massacres, and is a member of the editorial board of Limes and collaborator of Risk. Among the major works has, The Italian Military Thought (with F. Barrels, 1984), History of military service in Italy (1989-91, 5 full.), Military History of the First Republic (1994) and a series of eight works (14 volumes) the military history of Italy during the wars of the Revolution and Empire.

Jean Carlo

Carlo JeanThe Army Corps General Carlo Jean was born in Mondovi (CN) the 12 October 1936.
He served as Head of Financial Planning and Budget Office of the General Staff and Army Chief of Staff of the IV Department of Defense, in charge of logistics, export of armaments and control technologies strategically critical.
It has been Director of the Military Centre for Strategic Studies and Chairman of the Centre for High Defence Studies. Since September 1990 to May 1992 was Military Advisor to the President of the Republic F. Cossiga.
From 1 October 1997 to the 6 April 2001 was the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in order to implement the Dayton Peace Accords in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
Graduated in Political Sciences in Turin in 1960, is Professor of Strategic Studies and Geopolitics. He has held seminars for decision theory at the School of Management at LUISS, at the School of Public Administration and SDA Bocconi.
He is a member of the Scientific Institute of the Italian, Limes and Liberal Risk.
Since December 2002 to December 2006 was President of SO.G.I.N.- Management Society of Nuclear Plants. In February 2003 was appointed Deputy Commissioner for the safety of nuclear materials, a position he held at the end of December 2006.
It 'President of the Economic Research Centre of Geopolitics.

Loch K. Johnson

Loch K. Regent Johnson is Professor of Political Science at the Department of International Affairs at the University of Georgia . Author of international renown in the field of national security and intelligence studies, Prof. Johnson is co-editor of the journal "Intelligence and National Security".
Between 1995 and 1996 Loch Johnson has been a consultant of the Aspin-Brown Commission, from 1975 to the 1979 has worked for the oversight committees of Parliament on Intelligence U.S.. Loch K. Johnson received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.

Antonio Nicaso

Antonio Nicaso, journalist, writer, consultant, è considerato uno dei massimi esperti internazionali di ‘ndrangheta e globalizzazione delle mafie. Teaches courses on the history of Italy, Southern question, Risorgimento and stories of the Mafia at Middlebury College in Vermont (USA) and has published over twenty books.
In 1992 a Toronto, presso York University, ha ideato il Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security. He lectures worldwide on issues of globalization of the Mafia, the money laundering and drug trafficking.

David Omand

Sir David Omand GCB è visiting professor presso il War Studies Department del King’s College di Londra e Honorary Fellow presso il Corpus Christi College dell’Università di Cambridge.
Former director of the Ministry of Defence, between the 1996 and 1997 was director of intelligence agency GCHQ. Between 1997 and 2000 was Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior British (Home Office) and in 2002 Intelligence and Security has been appointed Coordinator of Government in London. Previously, for seven years, He served at the Joint Intelligence Committee.

Valeria Fiorani Piacentini

Valeria Fiorani Piacentini is professor of history and institutions of the Muslim world at the Faculty of Political Science University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and director of the Center for Research on Mediterranean and South Extended System (CRiSSMA).
Prof. Piacentini has held a long and intensive field research in Africa, Middle East and Central Asia. Valeria Fiorani Piacentini is a graduate in Political Science from the University "La Sapienza" and specialized in culture and the Arabic and Persian.

Former researcher at the RAND Corporation and Harvard University Lorenzo Vidino is an expert on Islamic terrorism and political violence. Lorenzo Vidino is a graduate in Law and received his PhD in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
